About

Built around a single ritual

Drift exists for one moment: the minute you take each evening to ask yourself how the day went. Everything else — the streak, the widgets, the year in review — exists to protect that minute.

On-device, always

Entries are encrypted and stored locally. Optional iCloud sync is end-to-end encrypted. There is no server, no account, and no analytics. If you delete the app, your data is gone — that's a feature.

What's next

Voice entries are coming, with on-device transcription powered by SFSpeechRecognizer so nothing leaves your phone. After that, an iPad layout that's worth using.
