A few details help us help you faster:

  • Which app and version (Settings → About).
  • Your device and OS version.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if it’s a bug.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording if relevant.

Billing & subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases go through reportaproblem.apple.com. If the issue is with the app itself, write us first — we’ll do our best to sort it out.
