Tips & purchases
Souffle is free, with no subscription. The optional tip in the app is a one-time purchase handled by Apple and unlocks nothing. Refund requests for App Store purchases go through reportaproblem.apple.com. If the issue is with the app itself, write us first — we'll do our best to sort it out.
